1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the website at lariel.io (the "site"), operated by Lariel L.L.C-FZ ("Lariel", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement or varies it.

2. The site is information, not an offer

The descriptions of services, methods and engagement models on this site are provided for general information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, not a quotation, and not a commitment to provide any particular service, scope, timeline or outcome.

A binding engagement arises only when Lariel and the client sign a written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and fees.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, financial, tax or investment advice, and it must not be relied on as such. References to data protection, security or other requirements describe the kind of technical and organisational work we carry out. They are not an opinion on whether any particular requirement applies to you, nor a statement that any system we describe is compliant with it.

Lariel is not a law firm and does not provide regulated legal services. Decisions about your own regulatory position should be taken with qualified counsel admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that it will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, structure, design, graphics, source code and the Lariel name and mark — is owned by Lariel L.L.C-FZ or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt or exploit any part of it commercially without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through the contact form;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to overload, probe or disrupt the service;

We apply technical measures, including rate limiting, to protect the contact form from automated abuse, and we may block access where these terms are breached.

7. Enquiries you send us

Please do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data about third parties through the contact form. An enquiry sent through this site does not create a confidentiality obligation or any professional relationship, and does not oblige us to respond.

Where this site links to a third-party website or service, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction.
